Leadership

Founded HUGAKU Inc., a human resource development company, while at university. Sold the company’s shares and transferred the business in 2019, and founded NOWALL Inc. later that same year. Driven by the belief that communities should benefit more people over a longer period of time and be passed on to future generations, NOWALL aims to become a global market leader in carbon neutrality. Its goals include going public with annual revenue of ¥30 billion by 2030 and growing into a ¥10 trillion company by 2051.

Graduated from the Graduate School of Engineering at Kyoto University. Served as Head of the Development Center at Mitsubishi Polyester Film (USA) and as Director and Head of Corporate Planning at Quadrant (Switzerland), overseeing integrated management across 50 global locations. Spent much of the career working internationally. Later served as an Executive Officer at Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation and held global leadership roles in R&D. In the decarbonization sector, served as Unit Head for overseas demonstration projects at NEDO.

Joined HUGAKU Inc. while at university and became a founding member of NOWALL Inc. in 2019. Established the ZEH Business Division, which specializes in solar panel and battery storage system sales, and continued to lead sales operations on the front lines while building the company’s operational foundations. Key initiatives include establishing back-office and inside sales functions, developing recruitment and training systems, and building a scalable sales organization. Focuses on laying the groundwork for business growth across three key areas: people, organization, and systems.
